Mr. Dalmia is a business leader with over 22 years experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, eCommerce, Real Estate and Asset-backed Private Equity, and Blockchain.

Rudra was an Executive Director and CFO of Paytm E-Commerce Pvt Ltd, former Country Head/CEO and MD of Saxo Bank (India), Founder and CEO of a multi-family office advisory firm RD Capital, former Investment Director of GBP £10 Bn PE fund Dawnay Day International, and former Country Head of eBookers Shared Services India.

He has also been an Angel Investor in several start-ups such as Phunware (USA), Premfina (UK), Black Insurance (Estonia), Newlab Group LLC (USA) and Launcher (USA).

Rudra is currently, the President of “Khushii”, India’s pre-eminent private educational charity/NGO with over 45,000 beneficiaries.
