Ms. Chauhan has worked as a Research Associate at a think tank based in Delhi, focusing on the intersection of environmental and social challenges in India. During her tenure, she conducted research on topics such as climate resilience in agriculture, the impact of international trade on water security, and the socio-economic impacts of ageing populations. She also spearheaded a comprehensive study on Inclusive Education, addressing the lived experiences of students with disabilities in public institutions.

She has also worked as a Research Consultant for the UN Global Compact Network India, conducting field research on plastic and waste management practices. Additionally, she contributed to reports on sustainable agriculture, waste management, and environmental governance.

Her previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant for a study commissioned by the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as a researcher at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations. Neha also worked with Green Frontier Capital as an Analyst Intern for a year before joining the team full-time.
