Karishma has worked as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group in the renewable energy, electric mobility, agrochemicals and public sectors across India and the United Arab Emirates. She was also part of the early team at ACT Grants, a COVID-relief venture philanthropy fund initiated by the venture capital and startup ecosystem in India.
Most recently, she worked with a Series B startup building cost-effective green hydrogen electrolysers on commercializing the technology, as well as a venture capital fund focused on early-stage clean energy investments in the US.
